Return & Exchange Policy
At Buchymix Nigeria, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
If you purchased your product directly from www.buchymix.com.ng or an authorized Buchymix Nigeria store, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or repair, subject to the terms below.
To request a return or warranty service, please contact our Customer Support team before bringing or shipping your product.
Important Product Usage Notice
All Buchymix products are designed and sold for household use only, unless otherwise expressly stated.
The only exception is the Buchymix Soundproof Blender, which is specifically designed and approved for both household and commercial use, including restaurants, cafés, bars, smoothie shops, and similar food service establishments.
Any damage, excessive wear, or performance issues resulting from commercial or industrial use of products not intended for commercial use are not covered under the Buchymix warranty and may make the product ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Eligibility
- Purchased directly from www.buchymix.com.ng or an authorized Buchymix Nigeria retail store.
- Return requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Product is not Final Sale.
- Product is unused and returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Used Products
Used products are not eligible for a refund.
Within the first 14 days, products with a manufacturing defect may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Buchymix's discretion if the defect cannot be resolved.
After 14 days from purchase, products are no longer eligible for a refund and may only be repaired or exchanged under the applicable Buchymix warranty, subject to inspection and warranty approval.
Return Inspection
All returned products will be inspected before a refund, exchange, or repair is approved. A cleaning fee may be charged for products returned in an excessively dirty or unsanitary condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Buchymix. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Restocking Fees
Returns may be refused or a restocking fee charged if parts are missing, the product is damaged due to misuse or improper packaging, the product has excessive wear, or it has been used commercially when intended for household use.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective Products
Contact Buchymix Nigeria within 7 days of delivery or collection if you receive a defective or incorrect product. After inspection, Buchymix will determine whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or exchange under the warranty.
